Drummond Selection’s contingency department predominantly works in IT and Finance Recruitment, however we also do a lot of work within Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Public Sector, Healthcare and many other fields.
Once we are aware of a client’s requirements, we will ensure all our consultants and headhunters are fully briefed and when we engage with a candidate to find them a new position, we will brief them on the opportunity and introduce them to you if they are interested.
Many of our clients have specific (normally executive level) roles for which they need specific targeted approaches made. This is where our search department comes in.
If there is a specific role that requires filling and you wish to retain us to find them, our Sales Director will visit you, gain a thorough understanding of the role and then assign a team to work exclusively on filling this role.
Unlike traditional search firms, we have a unique pricing structure. We ask for 50% in advance, however if the role is not filled in a pre-agreed time-scale, we refund the full 50%, no questions asked.
Recent search examples have included a Head of Sales for an Energy Recruiter in London, Country Manager for Germany, IT Permanent Director for London, and an IT/Finance Sales Director for Edinburgh.
