Drummond Selection was formed in 2001. With a strong background in Recruitment ourselves, we set about changing the way these companies secured their own staff forever. Traditional “Rec2Rec” companies relied on advertising, job boards and CV spraying. No candidates were ever met face-to-face and not many clients were visited either. Needless to say, thousands of man-hours were wasted on incorrect interviews which benefited no-one.

We changed all that.

From day one, we have met every single client with whom we have placed, developed a precise understanding of their needs and all our candidates have been met face-to-face prior to introducing them to these clients. We never advertise as we believe this generates second tier candidates and we never go near the job-boards as these are just the equivalent of career grave-yards! We generate our candidates via headhunting (outside our client base), networking, recommendation and referral.
